It looks like you've got some really good grounds for a song there! What I mean by that is that it's not finished, but I expect it will sound awesome when it is done =]

For instance - try and play a bit more in time at the start, and maybe have some drums going most of the way through instead of stopping...

Anyway they're just my opinions, you don't have to listen to me! =D

The chords with the simplicity of it resemble Pop Punk/Punk Rock. But the genre is quite unique, there just aren't enough genre names in the world!

I also think that the drums need to change a bit more... Give a bit more variety.. But hey, I'm a drummer.

It's awesome man, it reminds me of Metallica with the acoustic guitar and distant, simple drums. Then it goes into some original metal/metalcore awesomeness, with some Goth metal shit at the end! Absolutely awesome.

You made good use of simple chord structures and I love the synth.
